Linda Mason is an artist, lecturer and teacher. She is fascinated with color and fabric. “I love the tactile quality of fabric and the unlimited colors and textures I can create by dyeing, painting and printing my own fabrics.”
Fiber Journeys is a body of work that spans a seven year period. The early pieces capture images and feelings of life on the road. Small journal quilts depict new places and remembrances of home. Newer pieces reflect a longing for the freedom of the open road. They bring you beyond reality into a world of fantasy. Linda's work has been displayed in solo and group exhibits throughout the Western United States and in Japan. For more information about the artist visit www.kruusn.com
