FIBER REVOLUTION: FRESH DIMENSIONS
Fiber Revolution is a network of over two-dozen professional artists from five northeastern states who have exhibited and marketed their artwork together since 2003 (see http://www.fiberrevolution.com/ ). Their mission: to provide greater visibility for their art while educating the public about the exciting art form of art quilts. The members hail from a variety of disciplines, such as painting, sculpture, or from sewing, fashion design, or traditional quilt-making. This exhibit, entitled Fiber Revolution: Fresh Dimensions, will also contain three-dimensional fiber sculptures and bas relief works.
